Important Notice for Rakuten Drive X Rakuten Mobile Users:
The Rakuten Drive x Rakuten Mobile program is a special benefit exclusively for Rakuten Mobile subscribers, designed primarily for use with the Rakuten Drive mobile app. As announced on the Rakuten Mobile campaign page, to ensure fair service for all customers, we had temporarily restricted the file upload function from web browsers for all Rakuten Mobile subscribers. However, starting from Tuesday, September 24, 2024, this restriction will be lifted for all plans.
Additionally, due to the unexpectedly high number of users on the "Rakuten Drive Unlimited" plan, which continues to place a significant load on our servers, we will be making some changes to the available features of this plan from the same date to ensure we can continue to provide fair service. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
[Before the Change]
The following plans for Rakuten Mobile subscribers had restrictions on the data upload function via the web browser:

Rakuten Drive 200GB

Rakuten Drive Unlimited
[After the Change (Effective from Tuesday, September 24, 2024)]
The above restrictions will be lifted for all plans.
For the "Rakuten Drive Unlimited" plan, users who reach 1TB of data upload will have restrictions placed on the data upload function via the web browser. However, the data upload function via the app will remain unlimited regardless of data usage.
Please note that to maintain optimal service performance, existing file size limits for uploads will continue to apply to all plans. We appreciate your understanding. ️

If you wish to cancel your "Rakuten Drive Unlimited" plan subscription due to these changes, we will refund the monthly fee you have already paid. Please contact us at support@rakuten-drive.com or via the inquiry form by Wednesday, October 9, 2024. Please note that we will not be able to process refunds after this deadline.
