For security purposes, Rakuten Drive disables accounts that have been inactive for over 190 days. Rakuten Drive resets accounts that have been inactive for over 1 year, resulting in the deletion of all files stored in Rakuten Drive. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.

You will receive a notification one month before your account is scheduled to be reset at the email address associated with your Rakuten Drive account. If you log in to Rakuten Drive before the scheduled reset date, your account will not be reset, and you can continue to use Rakuten Drive.
