You can view, comment on, and share files stored in Rakuten Drive Cloud without having to download them. To preview a file on rakuten-drive.com or Rakuten Drive mobile app, simply click on the file name. This will allow you to see comments that have been made on the file, as well as view its file information.
Rakuten Drive Cloud supports previewing various file formats. The following list includes some of the file formats that can be previewed. If your file format is not listed or cannot be previewed, you need to download the file to your computer or mobile device and open it to view it.

If you have trouble previewing a file, it could be because the file format is not supported by Rakuten Drive or the file size is too large to preview.

Depending on the hardware and OS version of your device, there may be more file types that your device can open natively. You can try downloading the file to your device and then using an app that is capable of opening the file in that specific format.

MS Office policy limits the document file size that can be previewed to 25 MB or less.
