Rakuten Drive Business and Advanced plans begin with a minimum of 5 members. Each team member using Rakuten Drive Business or Advanced requires one license per team member.
※ Note: Both active and invited members count towards the total number of licenses for your team.
Add or Remove licenses
1. Login to rakuten-drive.com with your team admin account.
2. Click Admin console.
3. Navigate to Billing Information.
4. Click Manage Licenses.
5. Enter a positive number to add a license, or a negative number to remove a license in the Number of licenses to be changed field.
6. Click Add Licenses or Remove Licenses.
