If you cancel your plan, the remaining period of your billing cycle will still be available for use, but you don't get a refund of the payment you already paid.
However, if you have not used any service since making the payment, you can get a refund within 7 days of the payment date. Please contact our Support Team with your Rakuten Drive account.
- Please be aware that it is difficult to get a refund if you delete your account before the refund is completed.
- The refund amount will be issued, excluding a 1% payment commission.
- A refund will be made based on your requested date and time. Don't worry if you don't receive a refund response within 7 days.
- Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to reflect on your bank or credit card statement.

The refund policy is subject to the terms and conditions of the Apple App Store. All refunds are managed directly by Apple. Please contact the Customer Support channel on Apple App Store.
