Rakuten Drive PRO member
Login to your Rakuten Drive PRO account and click [Change plan] to be directed to your Change plan page. Scroll down and click Cancel plan button at the bottom.
Alternatively, cancel your subscription by following these steps:
1. Login to rakuten-drive.com
2. Click your profile image in the upper right corner.
3. Click Plan & Billings.
4. Click Change Plan.
5. Click Cancel Subscription.
6. Review all terms and conditions and click "Cancel Subscription".
※ Even if you cancel your subscription, you can continue to use your plan until the end of the billing period. Once the billing period ends, your account will downgrade to Rakuten Drive Free (Free personal member).
Rakuten Drive Business, Advanced member
Only Team Owner can cancel Rakuten Drive Business or Advanced subscription.
Login to your Team Owner account and then click [Billing information] to be directed to your Billing Information page. Click Cancel button and then click Cancel plan button at the bottom.
Alternatively, cancel your subscription by following these steps:
1. Login to rakuten-drive.com with your team owner account.
2. Click Admin Console.
3. Click Billings information in the left menu.
4. Click Cancel button.
5. Scroll down and click 'Cancel Rakuten Drive Business' or 'Cancel Rakuten Drive Advanced' at the bottom.
※ Even if you cancel your subscription, you can continue to use your plan until the end of the billing period. Once the billing period ends, your account will downgrade to Rakuten Drive Free (Free individual member).
If you subscribed to a plan from Rakuten Drive app for iOS
You can cancel your Rakuten Drive subscription by following these steps:
1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your profile.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap Rakuten Drive.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription.
※ Even if you cancel your subscription, you can continue to use your plan until the end of the billing period. Once the billing period ends, your account will downgrade to Rakuten Drive Free (Free individual member).

What happens when I cancel my plan?
Your account will downgrade to Rakuten Drive Free(Free individual member) at the end of your billing cycle. The following changes will occur:
Common

If your usage exceeds the downgraded cloud storage quota, you will face limitations on sharing and uploading files, and all files in your Cloud will be subject to automated deletion. This deletion process will occur 187 days after your subscription end date.

All links in My Link will expire on the set expiration date. Please be aware that once links have expired or been deleted, they cannot be restored.
Team Drive

All team members, including the team owner and admins, will be downgraded to Rakuten Drive Free.

All team members, including the team owner and admins, will lose access to Team Drive.

All files in the Team Drive will be automatically moved to the team owner's My Drive.
⚠ Once deleted, it can never be recovered. Be sure to back up important files in advance.
