Attach files to transfer

Files from Computer　

Drag and drop files or folders onto Transfer. Or click the [+] icon to add files.

Files from Rakuten Drive　

Click 'Cloud' icon to add files stored in Rakuten Drive.

Add File　

Click [+] icon at the top of the file section to add more files.

Delete File　

1. Hover your mouse cursor over the attached file list. You can see 'Trash' icon.
2. Click the ‘Trash’ icon to remove the file from the list.
3. Click [Reset] button at the bottom of the attached file list to remove all files from the list.

From my device  

* iOS App: In Home menu, you can see photo/video files stored in Camera roll of Photos app and various files stored in Rakuten Drive folder of the Files app.

* Android App: In Home menu, you can see all the files stored on your device. Files other than photos and videos can be seen in the Files tab.

1. Select files you want to send in each tab of the Home menu.
2. Tap [Send] at the bottom to attach all file types simultaneously.

From Rakuten Drive      

* In Cloud menu, you can see files and folders stored in Rakuten Drive.

1. Tap the 3 dots icon at the top right and then tap ‘Select Mode’ to switch to file section mode.
2. Select file or folder you want to send and then tap [Send] at the bottom to attach file.
