Invite members to a shared folder to share files with your colleagues and friends!

Make a shared folder and Invite people
1. Hover your mouse cursor over the folder you want to designate as a shared folder in Drive.
2. Click More(3 dots) icon at the right.
3. Click [Share].
4. Select ‘People’ or ‘Invitation link’ at the top to invite people.
Option1: Send invitation emails to people
1) In the People section, enter email addresses at the invite people box.
2) Select one in access permission -- Can view, Can download, Can upload, Can edit.
3) Click [Send] at the bottom. Invitation emails will be sent to the people.
Option2: Create an invitation link
1) Move to the Invitation link section.
2) Click [Create invitation link].
3) Select one in access permission -- Can view, Can download, Can upload, Can edit.
4) As an additional option, you can protect the invitation link by setting a password or expiration date.
5) Click [Create] at the bottom. Copy the link you created and let your colleagues know.

1. In the list of Drive, tap More (3 dots) icon at the right of the folder you want to designate as a shared folder.
2. Tap [Share to].
3. Select ‘People’ or ‘Invitation link’ at the top to invite people.

3) Tap [Invite people] button at the bottom. An invitation mail will be sent to the people.

4) Tap [Create Link] at the bottom. Copy the link you created and let your colleagues know.
