Before logging in, you first need to create Rakuten Drive account. If you need help creating Rakuten Drive account, read this page.
If you've already created Rakuten Drive account, follow the instructions below to log in.
On rakuten-drive.com
1. Go to Login.
2. Log in to Rakuten Drive in the same option you created your account.
✻ Log in with email address
1) Click Email.
2) Enter the email address and password you used when signing up.
3) Click Log In button.
* If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it from Here.
✻ Log in with Rakuten ID, Google, Facebook, or Apple
1) Select Login with Rakuten ID, Google, Facebook, or Apple button.
2) You will be redirected to the selected site.
3) Enter your login details.
4) After logging in, you will be directed back to Rakuten Drive.
On Mobile app
1. Open Rakuten Drive app.
2. Log in to Rakuten Drive in the same option you created your account.
✻ Login with email address
1) Tap Email icon.
2) Enter the email address and password you used when signing up.
3) Tap Login button.
* If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it.
✻ Login with Rakuten ID, Google, or Facebook
1) Select Rakuten ID, Google, or Facebook icon.
2) You will be redirected to the selected site.
3) Enter your login details.
4) After logging in, you will be directed back to Rakuten Drive.
✻ Login with Apple. (*iOS users only)
1) Tap Apple icon.
2) Tap Continue.
3) Check your Apple account and then enter password or use Face ID.
On Chrome Extension
Log in to Rakuten Drive in the same option you created your account.
✻ Log in with email address
1) Enter the email address and password you used when signing up.
2) Click Login button.
* If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it.
✻ Log in with Rakuten ID, Google, or Facebook
1) Select Create account with Rakuten ID, Google, or Facebook button.
2) You will be redirected to the selected site.
3) Enter your login details.
4) After logging in, you will be directed back to Rakuten Drive.
※ Note:
- Single sign-on (SSO) is an identification method that enables users to log in to multiple applications and websites with one set of credentials. This is a corporate login option.
