【How to cancel your subscription】
STEP 1:Log in to Rakuten Drive with your Rakuten SAIKYO Plan or Rakuten SAIKYO Plan (Data Type) Rakuten ID.
1. Check the Rakuten ID linked to your Rakuten SAIKYO Plan or Rakuten SAIKYO (Data Type) Plan subscription.
2. Log in to Rakuten Drive Web(rakuten-drive.com) with your Rakuten ID.
1)Select Log in with Rakuten ID button.
2)You will be redirected to the Rakuten site.
3)Enter your login details of Rakuten.
4)After logging in, you will be directed back to Rakuten Drive.
STEP 2:Cancel Rakuten Drive plan
1. Click on your Profile Icon in the upper right corner.
2. Click Current Plan.
3. Click Cancel Subscription.
4. Check the plan end date and Read the precautions carefully.
5. Click Cancel Subscription.
※ You can continue using your plan until the end of your current billing cycle, even if you cancel your subscription. After that, your account will downgrade to the Rakuten Drive Free plan.
【How to downgrade to a lower-tiered plan】
You cannot immediately downgrade your plan while there is a prepaid period remaining. To downgrade your plan, please first cancel your current plan by [STEP 1] and [STEP 2] on the above.
When canceling, you can confirm the exact end date of your current plan. After your current plan expires, you can resubscribe to a new plan using the same account.
※ Note ※
Your account will downgrade to Rakuten Drive Free(Free individual member) at the end of your billing cycle. The following changes will be implemented:
- Depending upon your Rakuten SAIKYO Plan or Rakuten SAIKYO (Data Type) Plan subscription, your account will be converted to Rakuten Drive 50 GB Free or Rakuten Drive Free and you will still be able to access “My Drive”.
- If your usage exceeds the downgraded cloud storage quota, you will face limitations on sharing and uploading files, and all files in “My Drive” will be subject to automatic deletion on after 187 days. Before then, please either download the files and save them to your own device or reduce your storage usage to within your quota.
- All links in “My Link” will expire on the set expiration date. Please be aware that once links have expired or been deleted, they cannot be restored.
If you cancel [Rakuten SAIKYO Plan or Rakuten SAIKYO Plan (Data Type)] or change to [Apple Watch Family Sharing] while using Rakuten Drive Paid Plan:
- If you are currently in a 30-day free trial, your account will be converted to the Rakuten Drive Free plan immediately.
- If you have paid and subscribed to a plan, you can continue using the Rakuten Drive paid plan for the remaining paid period.
