If you're having trouble logging in to your Rakuten Drive account using your Rakuten ID, please refer to the following:
- If you accidentally logged in using a different method (Google, Facebook, Apple, or email) after creating an account with your Rakuten ID, you will no longer be able to access Rakuten Drive using the same email address via your Rakuten ID.
- Logging in with a method other than your Rakuten ID (Google, Facebook, Apple, or email) may restrict your access to Rakuten user exclusive features (Rakuten Drive X Rakuten Mobile Program, Photo Backup).
- If you have mistakenly logged in using a different login method and are unable to access Rakuten user exclusive features(Rakuten Drive X Rakuten Mobile Program, Photo Backup)., you will need to delete your current account and recreate a new one using the Rakuten ID to regain access.
