Exclusive Rakuten Drive Transfer Feature for Rakuten SAIKYO Plan and Rakuten SAIKYO Plan (Data Type) Subscriber!
With Rakuten Drive Transfer, you can easily and quickly send any files to anyone. After you attach a file and create a transfer, a shared link is generated that you can paste anywhere. You can forward the shared link to anyone you want, including people without Rakuten Drive accounts, and you can also send it directly via email, Slack, or Chatwork.
When sending, you can set options for password and comments to your shared link. Rakuten Drive SAIKYO Unlimited members can add expirations to shared links. Each shared link displays a download count, allowing you to track if the recipient has downloaded the file. All shared links created on devices logged in with the same account can be easily managed in My Link.
Program Eligibility
- Must be an active Rakuten SAIKYO Plan or Rakuten SAIKYO Plan (Data Type) subscriber.
- Must log in to Rakuten Drive with Rakuten ID that is the same as the one used for SAIKYO contract. (※ Note: For security reasons, you cannot change your email address on Rakuten Drive.)
- Existing Rakuten Drive users will need to log out and log back in to activate this benefit. (※ If you are unable to log in, please click here for help.)
- When signing in to Rakuten Drive for the first time, it is mandatory to grant permission to receive emails regarding the product updates and marketing communications.
- Rakuten Drive PRO Plan user are not eligible.
- Rakuten Drive team Plan (Business Plan / Advance Plan) users are not eligible.
- Apple Watch Family Sharing, Rakuten SAIKYO Business, and Rakuten Turbo users are not eligible.
- If you end your use of Rakuten SAIKYO Plan or Rakuten SAIKYO Plan (Data Type), your use of this program will also end.
※ Customers subscribed to the Rakuten SAIKYO Plan or Rakuten SAIKYO Plan (Data Type) who do not currently possess a Rakuten ID are not qualified for this program. Nevertheless, by creating a Rakuten ID after submitting the application, you will be able to participate. (▶️ Create Rakuten ID)
How to Get Started
1. Check the Rakuten ID linked to your Rakuten SAIKYO Plan or Rakuten SAIKYO Plan (Data Type) subscription.
2. Go to Rakuten Drive

3. Log in to Rakuten Drive with your Rakuten ID
1） Select Log in with Rakuten ID button.
2） You will be redirected to the Rakuten site.
3） Enter your login details of Rakuten.
4） After logging in, you will be directed back to Rakuten Drive.
※ It may take approximately 24 to 48 hours to verify your Rakuten SAIKYO Plan subscription
