Rakuten Drive x Rakuten Mobile plans are plans to facilitate Photo Backup for Rakuten SAIKYO Plan users. service that securely stores your data in the cloud and enables you to access your uploaded files from any device anytime, anywhere. As long as your device is connected to the internet, you can upload new files via the mobile application, as well as access and download stored files. You can access Rakuten Drive Cloud through the Rakuten Drive app on iOS and Android mobile devices or rakuten-drive.com on computers running Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems.

Program Eligibility

• Must be an active Rakuten SAIKYO Plan or Rakuten SAIKYO Plan (Data Type) subscriber. 
• Must log in to Rakuten Drive with Rakuten ID that is the same as the one used for SAIKYO contract. (※ Note: For security reasons, you cannot change your email address on Rakuten Drive.)
• Existing Rakuten Drive users will need to log out and log back in to activate this benefit. (※ If you are unable to log in, please click here for help.)
• When signing in to Rakuten Drive for the first time, it is mandatory to grant permission to receive emails regarding the product updates and marketing communications.
• Rakuten Drive PRO Plan user are not eligible.
• Rakuten Drive team Plan (Business Plan / Advance Plan) users are not eligible.
• Apple Watch Family Sharing, Rakuten SAIKYO Business, and Rakuten Turbo users are not eligible.
• If you end your use of Rakuten SAIKYO Plan, your use of this program will also end.
• If you are using a mobile app, make sure the app is the latest version.

※ Customers subscribed to the Rakuten SAIKYO Plan or Rakuten SAIKYO Plan (Data Type) who do not currently possess a Rakuten ID are not qualified for this program. Nevertheless, by creating a Rakuten ID after submitting the application, you will be able to participate. (▶️ Create Rakuten ID)

How to Get Started

1. Check the Rakuten ID linked to your Rakuten SAIKYO Plan or Rakuten SAIKYO Plan (Data Type)　subscription.

2. Go to Rakuten Drive

◾️ PC Web：rakuten-drive.com

3. Log in to Rakuten Drive with your Rakuten ID

1） Select Log in with Rakuten ID button.

2） You will be redirected to the Rakuten site.

3） Enter your login details of Rakuten.

4） After logging in, you will be directed back to Rakuten Drive.

※ It may take approximately 24 to 48 hours to verify your Rakuten SAIKYO Plan or Rakuten SAIKYO Plan (Data Type) subscription.

• If your usage exceeds your cloud storage quota, you will face limitations on sharing and uploading files, and all files in “My Drive” will be subject to automatic deletion after 187 days. Before then, please either download the files and save them to your own device, reduce your storage usage to within your quota, or upgrade to a higher tier plan.
