It's possible that the file was not fully downloaded. Please try downloading it again.
There might be an issue with the file itself. Try opening the file with a third-party app. If the file cannot be viewed normally in any other app, it may be a corrupted file. Please ask the sender to double-check the original file and to send it.
For photo or video files, if the file has an unsupported file type or audio code in your OS version, it may be difficult to view or play the file normally. Please use a viewer or player app that supports the specific file type or audio codec.
