Rakuten Drive Advanced team admins can freely allocate dedicated storage to each team member. This dedicated storage is exclusively for the use of the assigned team member. It provides them with their own My Drive storage, separate from the Team Drive.
If you run out of team drive storage, add more licenses. Each additional license increases your Team Drive storage by 3TB.
Allocate dedicated storage for each team member
1. Login to rakuten-drive.com with your team admin account.
2. Click Admin console.
3. Navigate to Manage Members.
4. Click the team member filter to select Invited.
5. Click (⋮) ellipsis icon to the right of the team member.
6. Click View More.
7. Click Set Storage.
8. Enter a positive number in Gigabytes.
9. Click OK.
